1 — Purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for online Lainstack purchases. Its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply to those transactions. Any additional refund rights in a written customer agreement also apply.
2 — Refund eligibility
Transactions are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law, available under Paddle's Refund Policy, or agreed in the applicable order or customer agreement. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights.
3 — Requests and cancellation
To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or billing page, visit paddle.net, or contact [email protected]. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not itself entitle you to a refund.
